Langtang – Gosaikund – Helambu Trek

This region is full of mountains: Langtang Lirung (7,246m), Gang Chhenpo (6,388m), Naya Kangri (5,846m) and Dorje Lakpa (6,966m). The Gosainkunda lake (4,300m)and the Dorje Lakpa range (6,988m) bisect the park from east-west to south-east. The summit of Langtang Lirung (7,245m) is the highest point in the park.

Langtang and Helambu regions is the second largest conserved National Park of Nepal enriched by 1000 species of flora and 150 different species of birds and many wild animals such as Tigers, Beers, Beer & Wild sheep.

From October to November and from April to May, days are warm and sunny, and nights cool. In winter from December to March, days are clear and mild but nights near freezing.
Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival at the Tribhuwan International Airport, Kathmandu. Received by our Airport Representative. Transfer to the hotel. Detailed discussion and briefing.

Day 02: Sightseeing tour in and around Kathmandu Valley (Optional).

Day 03: Drive from Kathmandu to Syabru Bensi (1,462m).

Day 04: Trek Syabru Bensi - Lama Hotel (2,440m).

Day 05: Trek Lama Hotel - Langtang (3,307m).

Day 06: Trek Langtang - Kyangjin Gomba (3,749m).

Day 07: Rest day at Kyangjin Gomba for excursion.

Day 08: Trek Kyangjin Gomba - Langtang - Lama Hotel (2,440m).

Day 09: Trek Lama Hotel - Sybru Gaon (2,330m).

Day 10: Trek Syabru Gaon - Chandanbari (3,254m).

Day 11: Trek Chandanbari - Lauribina(3,901m) - Gosainkund (4,313m).

Day 12: Trek Gosainkund - Ghopte (3,340m).

Day 13: Trek Ghopte - Kutumsang (2,436m).

Day 14: Trek Kutumsang - Chisapani (2,220m).

Day 15: Trek Chisapani - Sundarijal (1,450m). Drive from Sundarijal to Kathmandu.
